There are no right or wrong answers, this is not a test or interrogation. We just want to get to know you and your family so we can help you pick a pup that fits well with your lifestyle.

Once your form has been submitted your will receive a confirmation email. We will then review your form to see what type of pup will best for you family and will be in touch with you within the next 3-5 business days to confirm your place on the waitlist. Once both a signed contract and $500 deposit has been received you will secure your spot and hold your puppy price for 18 months.
